A new 2010 annual report - part of the start of a new 3 year communications strategy for Scotland's leading third sector organisation...
We recently launched the 2010 Volunteer Development Scotland annual report, revealing a new brand indent which will be rolled out as part of a new 3 year marketing communication strategy for the organisation.
The brief.... keeping the original brand, move the visual presence of the organisation forward and develop a series of communication tools which can be used across the complex matrix of different audiences the organisation engage with. A toolkit is currently being developed to bring all of the visual communication elements together and enable them to be shared with key staff and stakeholders.

We have been working on the final adjustments to our email campaign tool and are now rolling it through our customer base...
The system allows customers to send template email campaigns easily and very cost effectively to their customers. Here comes the science bit.... once sent you can watch what your customers do on receiving the email; see what clicks they follow and auto-gather those clicks into separate folders to be used again. Intelligent client profiling which really works - the results we are seeing really are incredible!

Vizibility Design goes back to school!
Not before time some may argue, but September saw Vizibility Design Director Scott Dickson back in school with a class from a local comprehensive in Stirling. Scott gave a presentation on branding under a new initiative spearheaded by Learning Teaching Scotland and Councils across Scotland to link employers with local pupils to show the range of employment opportunities available. The class Scott met with were studying logo design and several of the pupils had expressed an interest in following careers in the graphic design industry.

National volunteering initiative linked to 2012 Olympics

The team at Vizibility has worked closely with Volunteer Development Scotland to develop an identity for a new Volunteering programme called 'People Making Waves': a ground-breaking four year programme that seeks to connect the people of Scotland with the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games through volunteering. The programme aims to create a lasting legacy for Scotland by embracing the Olympic values and by driving waves of voluntary action.
'People Making Waves' is a key component of The Scottish Project, the Legacy Trust UK’s Scottish regional project, which is also supported by Scottish Arts Council National Lottery Fund.
Vizibility are currently developing brand guidelines for the initiative and will be involved in bringing the brand to life as it is launched through four ‘waves` of legacy activity which will be aimed at engaging with organisations and individuals across the country. It is hoped the programme will go beyond London 2012 and will be used in Glasgow 2014.
Branding for this initiative is something our entire team have been developing for some time now. We were all excited by the project from the outset due to the potential reach it will have with the people of Scotland and the legacy it can leave behind. We are now working on creative concepts which will ensure the initiative is well responded to by the various target audiences. In addition to the branding and marketing work we do in the local Stirling market we operate on a National level with a number of different organisation’s and campaigns. 'People Making Waves' is a multi level initiative which has the potential to make a real difference and will enable us to use our own creative skills to ensure it really stands out. We look forward to working with Volunteer Development Scotland as it moves forward.

New web presence for Waterwatch Scotland
We were commissioned to design a new website structure for Waterwatch Scotland to enable them to better communicate their purpose to both business and consumer water users. Acting as an ombudsman the projection of the organisation needed to approachable and customer orientated. In addition, we looked at the core branding of the organisation, tightening up the brand itself and ensuring it replicates across a number of different mediums and sizes.
